Waste of money
Wasn't even strong enough to turn the wheel enough to shape the clay also the clay was old dry and couldn't be brought back to life no matter how much water and attempts to knead it soft enough to use.

Pretty shoddy
I wish I had taken the time to read these reviews as they are mostly correct. The batteries weigh more than the wheel itself, they hardly fit in. The foot pedal doesn’t work. It’s painfully noisy and the wheel only turns with a tiny abound of clay on it otherwise it’s too heavy.Thankfully both the clay and paints were in working order however...

No joy to be had with this item
I know its a toy so not going to be a full on pottery wheel experience but with my 5 year old I did hope it would be possible to make some sort of pot with it. It simply is not possible though. The clay is very thick and as soon as you apply any pressure to make a pot the flimsy plastic wheel grinds to a halt. You can't model anything on it. Best you can do is spin a bit of clay around and let your kid get dirty hands. It does nothing else.Total waste of money, avoid.

Pottery flop!
Well, it’s true that you get what you pay for. If you want a potter’s wheel buy a potter’s wheel. If you want a plastic toy that has the strength of a 1970s Fisher Price record player, then don’t expect to make pots on it. Utter pottery throwing flop (and we tried two in case it was just the first that didn’t have the welly to turn while handling the clay)! Hope it helps save you a bob or two.

Doesnt spin when clay on it.
We were very excited but very dissapointed as soon as we put the clay provided on the wheel as described it wouldnt spin. Spins with no clay on. We still made a pot with the clay but my daughter was cery upset it woyldnt spin.

Service through out the year excellent Christmas not so
It’s Christmas box damaged have a word with your staff at this time of year it’s coming to a point where we expect damages at Christmas

Doesn’t work not fit for purpose
Waste of money. Used once but it’s too weak to actually make anything. When you put slightest pressure to mould the clay it grinds to a stop. Very disappointed niece having to buy something else. Don’t bother/ it’s going in the bin!

Wouldn’t recommend
Not really good, the wheel doesn’t turn when you try to mould the clay and the paint isn’t very good either. wouldn’t recommend
