Good value product, build instructions need revising
This is good value for money, however the build instructions need a revision, trying to pull the cover over once the whole frame is built is virtually impossible. Once you have built the bottom section, not including the top shelf, it`s easier to turn it upside down with the feet pointing upwards, then slide the canvas cover over. Turn the whole thing the right way up, then pull the cover up and over the frame, before fixing the top shelf section. Next, build the top shelf section, then slide it into place, stretch the cover upwards and slot the shelf into the 4 plastic t-sections. It`s easy to build and I`m using it in my garage for cushion storage.

That darn cover!
Oh dear. I bought this with the double wardrobe. On unpacking the single wardrobe box I noticed the hanging rail was missing - e-mailed the seller and had a very quick response (Saturday evening!). So I assembled the double wardrobe. That was fine, even being done by me alone, and I've very pleased with it - excellent value for money. Then I went back to the single wardrobe.... There was absolutely no way I could get the cover on! Like others, I found that one of the zip ends was missing but worse than that, the cover ripped mightily on one side at the top, the side on view of course. The rip goes right across the side panel but at least I could then get the cover on..... I really cannot see how on earth you get the cover on, but it seems that others have had no difficulty. I doubt even two people could have done it. As someone else said, it would be better if the zip went downwards to undo and also, like the double wardrobe, there was a zip at the back to make it easier to get the cover on. But the wardrobe will only have occasional use and for £9.99 I can't grumble too much!

Great value but be careful when following the instructions.
Great value at £11! Read the reviews, was wary of the cover tearing issue but I would just like to confirm a solution. Follow the instructions except for the first step. After completing the base, you should slide this into place in the fabric cover. It makes life a lot easier. Then continue as normal. At the final stage,, assemble the top, slide it into place in the cover and only then attempt to slot in the final uprights. If you follow that, the job should take only 15 minutes with no fuss at all and no tearing!

Nice looking item
Super fast delivery of this item thank you. I have used a similar wardrobe for about 4 years until it collapsed on me (completely my fault for putting too much in it!) so needed a replacement quickly. Quality of this looked quite good when I unpacked it, instructions were not useful but with a bit of common sense it is easy enough to figure out. My reason for only 3 stars is that I found no matter which way I tried the cover was extremely difficult to get on so much so that the fabric ripped quite a bit at the bottom on 2 corners but it is still usable and you can't see the rips so it wasn't worth going to the trouble of sending it back. The hanging pole is quite thin so wont hold too much weight, dont think this wardrobe will last as long as my old one but it looks nice and will do me for now.

If you need hanging storage for more than around 10 lightweight items buy a clothes rail instead
Ordered this wardrobe as a temporary measure to store clothes. It arrived on the delivery date specified on the order. It is exactly as described. Just beware of hanging too many items on the rail as the weight makes it lean over. Good for lightweight items only but not bad for the price.

OK if you don't have many clothes or jackets!
Definitely needs 2 people to assemble and a thorough reading of the instructions. But, holds all my dresses from a wooden cupboard plus duvet and sheets on the top compartment. Unfortunately if you put too much weight above whst was stated youll the whole thing will collapse and bend. Had to through them. Out and buy a wooden wardrobe.

All in all it's very good value and suitable for one person's clothes
Definitely worth asking a friend to help you put this up as it's a little tricky. The fabric is not tough so do be careful when putting the cover on the frame. All in all it's very good value and suitable for one person's clothes. The shelf is taut and strong enough for a good few winter woolly jumpers and the hanging rail takes a dozen or so hangers. Recommended as a cheap and cheerful alternative to standard furniture.

VonHaus single canvas wardrobe
Easy to assemble until you reach the last stage. The top retaining square was difficult to fit the last corner together, took at lot of strength to make the last joint that it broke the two zips across the top. The canvas cover was easy to put on over the frame however it isn't for hanging too many heavy garments like coats, the hanging bar collapses. Otherwise suitable for teenagers clothes.
