MerrellMen's Kahuna III Walking Sandals

My third pair of these over the years, I've treked all over in them ( Russia, China, Mongolia Vietnam...Yorkshire Dales:) . Comfortable, secure, good arch support (I have high arches). I like that you can fold the backs in and wear them as slip-ons (Slides) handy for camping, by the pool, sailing, etc, where you're in and out of them frequently and don't want the faff of undoing the straps all the time.

I have just bought a pair of these sandals only to realise the previous pair I bought through Amazon on 24 June 2015 fo £68.20.... so they lasted me 10 years. Not bad really! The failed where the strap next to the big toe enters the sole, which pulled out (glue failed).New pair £77 so the price has not inflated too significantly (£100 retail is still a bit steep I think).

Can't beat Merrill's for long wear.

I've had Merrell sandals in the past and they're well made - mine always lasted a long time before wearing out. They're comfortable and look good. You get what you pay for, plus a premium for the brand.

Great sandals - I've already worn through a pair after many years of hard use so thought I'd get another and they haven't changed the design at all - thankfully.

Absolutely perfect. The most comfortable sandal that feels like I've been wearing them for years. I will be buying more. Quality, style and a perfect fit.
