The product arrived on time and on the date specified and from the labelling on the packaging and tubing is a high quality genuine gardena part. It is very robust and fit gardena accessories precisely with no leaks. I was extremely pleased that amazon sold this at such a reasonable price, 25% cheaper than anywhere else. 50 metres is long enough for the average uk garden with plenty to spare. One thing I would advise is that if fitting an irrigation system for the first time buy more hose than you think you will need as there is bound to be a little wastage as you try and get the setting right. The gardena microdrip system is perfect if you have a mixture of lawn and flower beds, as the former tends to love being drenched whereas the latter prefer a gentler water flow.

Seems to be some confusion over the diameter....the internal dia is 13mm the external dia is 15mm This means it is compatible with domestic plastic plumbing, so any plumbing push on fittings fit perfectly, as do hozelock ( and compatible ) garden hose fittings, I decided to use hozelock compression elbows for the garden corners, so they can be dismantled easy for winterisation.... Haven’t tried the puncture thingy yet, so will update once this is done and the nozzles inserted...

I needed a long pipe to install an irrigation system around the garden and this seemed the cheapest option for the length. Gardena is well-known brand too, so seemed a good deal. The pipe is good quality, but very rigid - for me it was ideal as I only needed something long to go around the perimeter of the garden: it was to be the main feed for other pipes that would then tap into it. So far so good, although it was a nightmare to run behind sheds and fences due to the unyielding nature of the material. I have been able to tap into it with the Hozelock 4mm straight connectors for micro-irrigation, but it was very hard to screw in, even with the hose punch. All-in-all, a good buy I think, but be warned that it takes effort to put it in place if you don't want to cut it up into smaller sections.

Worked very well in my irrigation setup and is a great price for a branded hose... punctures well to insert 4mm connectors, time will tell how many seasons it's last

Very good solid pipe with the important UV protection for outdoor use. I used this to make a Solar Pool Heater on YouTube, just look for dev255 for more details. There is a minimum bend radius for this type of tube, so will kink if exceeding this value. It may help to run warm water through it or heat it gently to bend further.

Very sturdy. I used this to extend a hose lock system without issue. Seems to hold up to adding connectors to take branch lines without leaking.

It does what I needed it to do, it's perfectly adequate given how cheap the product is. Just be careful as it will kink and then the part with the kink is unusable. I'd buy it again though if I needed some more as it's good value for money.

Wir haben mittlerweile fast den ganzen Garten mit Gardena bewässert und sind richtig gut zufrieden mit den Sachen alles hochwertig verarbeitet einfach zu verlegen. Wenn man erst mal weiß was man braucht, kann ich auf jeden Fall weiterempfehlen. Die no name Produkte hatten wir auch zwischendurch ausprobiert. Fingerweg man kauft nur doppelt. In diesem Fall macht Gardena auf jeden Fall Sinn.

Ahora puedo comparar entere el sistema de riego de Gardena y los sistemas convencionales y el ganador es claramente Gardena! La instalacion es mucho mas facil y rapido y la calidad del material es mucho mas alto. El tubo Gardena es mas estable y mas facil de connectar. Los otros tubos de riego tienen tubos mucho mas debiles.
