Lasted 5 months unfortunately, disappointing

I am confused at the reviews or maybe I got a defective one. There's Quran mode, blue tooth, clock mode, adzan mode and the main reason for purchase is to play the Quran.But it keeps skipping the Quran mode and it says on instructions it starts with the Quran mode and this doesn't happen either. So basically I can't play the Quran as it doesn't stay in that mode. Initially it did then it didn't, then it did and now it doesn't again the whole day. I find it less user friendly. . I think the volume is quite good, I have used the lowest volume and I assume the azan function is good as well though haven't used it and it's good to have a clock in it. I am disappointed I will have to return it and all the hassle with it and purchasing another one. I think it has potential

I am in love with this, bought eid present for my mom and she loves it. Beautiful Adhan voices and enough volume to hear in whole house. So many recitor options to chose from and easy remote access and also touch light. Nothing negative to say. Worth the price. Need little practice to set the time for adhan which I found you YouTube. Would recommend it again 👍😊
