Pellet stove
Used this to replace the broken one on my pellet stove. It works fine and is super easy to install.

Wired backwards and output voltage too low.
I am an Electrical Engineer. You are buying trouble with these Thermocouples. They are Polarity reversed, (wired backwards) and, they do not put out a high enough voltage to trigger the controller if you reverse the connections. I compaired them side-by-side with OEM parts. Save yourself a lot of trouble and get a better part.

This should have been an easy fix. But because the ends are reversed on this thermocouple, I have to wait longer for a replacement or find new ends and re-crimp this one.

Always have a spare.
Works great in my pellet stove. This one is a spare. They do wear out. And always having one on hand saves time..

Polarity of Thermocouple is not correct for Santa Fe Stove
After reading Ravan's review I used jumper wires to reverse polarity. This worked so now I will have to make a lead to connect opposite connectors (and reverse wires, red wire from thermocouple to yellow wire to control box and yellow wire from thermocouple to red wire to control box). The package shows red terminal of thermocouple is positive, however this red wire from the control box is supposed to be grounded to the stove.
