A nice outdoor-themed glamping Lego set
This is a great quality play set for the aspiring LEGO Friends user. The choice of included characters is somewhat biassed towards the feminine with no obvious strong male role model characters and the one included male not exhibiting a particularly traditional male aesthetic, so it could be a worthy set for anyone just wanting to play and not necessarily feel encumbered by too much gender stereotyping - whether or not it reflects the real world. The mobile house is also not particularly reflective of the real world - as it resembles a small gingerbread cottage with wheels rather than a typical caravan, but I can appreciate why it has been designed this way as it is more practical for the Lego form factor. The inclusion of ‘solar panels’ on the roof is a nod towards sustainable living, although the boxy traditional SUV (in an unconventionally bright colourway) contradicts it somewhat. Similarly the inclusion of trees, flowers and stumps is a nice nature-themed detail - but again this is offset by the inclusion of a ‘campfire’ modelled in an open-wood form which is perhaps not something we should be encouraging in the real world due to risk of forest fires etc.All the pieces are made to the usual Lego standard, and the pricing is as steep as ever - but such purchases are usually heirlooms that get passed down through generations over time.I personally would have preferred a more realistic aesthetic and more diversity and range in the included characters.

So amazing! Lots of detail 🤩
The media could not be loaded. Such an amazing little set. It took my 11yo son approximately 3-4 hours (including lunch break) to build this, mostly unassisted. In my opinion the hardest bits are inserting the windows into the frames (requires a firm click). One piece was given in a different colour but other than this all bits were accounted for with plenty spare parts (true to Lego's golden standard!). This is being thoroughly enjoyed and so pleased that the characters reflect different styles and hobbies of people. I was amazed at the attention to detail (opening roof windows, food in fridge, duvet covers that match characters, door mat, flowers on roof etc) and I'm happy that it isn't a bulky set of kit once built. Instruction booklets are well laid out and easy to follow. Again well done Lego!
