This is a lovely little plant pot which adds a bit of character in amongst the house plants in my apartment.As others have mentioned, the hole is not at the bottom of the pot, so I added a couple more drainage holes (because I don’t want the plant to get root rot) - I also chose to pot a succulent in it as it needs watering less often - and so far so good!The pot itself is made of plastic and is lightweight, but doesn’t look cheap (at least not to me) and so far I’ve had no issues with discolouration or paint chipping (granted it’s only been a few months!)Due to the varied height of the rim it was a bit of a pain to pot into and when I first watered it the water ran down the left side of Groot’s face (because that’s where the rim was lower…) - I slightly lowered the top layer of soil and when I water it I just accept it’s going to run a bit so put it on a watering tray until it’s drained off…to be fair I do this with all my small plant pots so it’s not really extra work though.On the whole, I am really happy with the plant pot and, despite the added difficulties mentioned, I would definitely recommend it to anyone who enjoys mini potted indoor plants!
