Great information, just wish the book was slightly stronger to handle delivery
Love this book. I've started reading a tiny bit of info and love it. I am disappointed in the delivery with the fact the corners got messed up. It doesn't change the value the book can bring to ones life but it change the overall quality of the physical book. If it wasn't for the corners, it would be perfection. This book has so much knowledge in it. Loved it. The only downside to the knowledge is there is nothing for hypo or hyper thyroid which I feel like a lot of people suffer from. I love that it says that in certain circumstances modern medicine is where it's at but that herbal medicine can have a huge benefit if used on a regular basis to keep the body running smoothly.
