Great vegan omega 3
I didn’t know you could get vegan omega 3s. I’m taking a fistful daily and these seem to work as well as the salmon oil I was taking. Less expensive. A great brand name to rely on for quality.

I was familiar with the Bragg line of products from the Apple Cider Vinegars.I wanted to increase my intake of Omega 3, so I bought Bragg's algae oil product. It's well tolerated. Is small and easily swallowed with no of that fishy aftertaste ( besides, where do you think the fish get their Omega 3's from in the first place?).
