Amazing kit from Godox
After a friend of mine alerted me to this new product by Godox, who already made a name in the photohraphy lighting sector, I thought I`d give these a try. And it was a very good decision! I noted some points in comparison to the leading Australian brand and found that these are: 1. slightly taller, but about the same width and depth 2. marginally lighter 3. cheaper, but offering equally good audio quality. Unboxing you`ll find the units in their charging case, which looks and feels of premium quality; charging ports are type USB-C.. The units themselves have some unusual glitter-like pattern on them-I don`t know if this is intentional or paint defect, but doesn`t affect the quality. Turning on and pairing them was easy and pretty quick and the LED`s with their different colours also signal the status of the units. The TX has a fairly bright display, which (unfortunately for me) goes off too soon (this may be good though for battery saving purposes), but you can "wake it up" by pressing any of the buttons on the side. This kit is a full set of everything you may need to either record on a camera, GoPro (with the GoPro adapter) or on a phone: extra lavalier mics and different cables. I have not tried them on the field yet, so can`t comment on the efficiency of the windshields or the transmission range, but inside the flat, trying through a plasterboard wall between the rooms there was no loss of quality in the transmission.

Incredible range and quality
Blown away - I use these for my roving commentators during rugby matches - tried Rode, Hollyland etc before these but the Move v2's blow those away, I still can't believe the price/performance ratio - incredible value.

I absolutely love this wireless microphone!
I absolutely love this wireless microphone! Set up is very simple, and so far it has been very reliable. In terms of range I've only use this the kind of normal range I would record which is anything from 10 to 30 feet and it works absolutely fine at that distance. The charging system is so cool and easy. They are not studio recording quality but the sound really good. Way better than a shot gun mic on your camera. Battery life is great and they are very lite weight.

Avoid
One of the transmitters is faulty and sounds very distorted. There doesn't seem to be a way of returning this under warranty through Amazon or the seller.

This is a great system for the price and you do get a lot for your money.
This is a great system for the price and you do get a lot for your money. The MovieLink2 takes seconds to set up and works straight out of the box. The built in mics on the transmitters sound good and have extra wind-blockers (dead kittens/fluffies) if you want to work outside. The additional plugin lavaliere mics are good and seem to have the same audio frequency range as the mics on the transmitters. The storage case for the receiver and transmitters feels well built and the fact that you can use it for charging the units is a brilliant addition. You also get all the wires and accessories you would need in this pack. The whole kit is small enough to fit in a couple of pockets.

My new favourite microphone!
I have the Rode Wireless GO II and tried other small wireless microphones too and I am the happiest with the Godox. Love how it sounds, I prefer rich deeps which the Rode can't deliver, but the Godox can. It is very easy to connect it, the buttons work much better than on the Rode, the charging case is fantastic, and the ability to set A and B mike to different levels is absolutely amazing. Also if the mike disconnects it's much easier to notice on the receiver, so you can correct it easily. The transmitter having a screen is a huge bonus for me, and it is visible even with the deadcat on, unlike with the Rode you can't see the two leds if the deadcat is used... The only thing I am missing is the internal recording of the transmitter, I wish it would do internal recordings for safety back up.

Perfect choice
I spent hours reviewing products on YouTube and almost spent £300 plus on the rode2 but after watching comparison videos and knowing this set comes with all the extras (another £120 if you went with rode) it was a no brainer, highly recommend

Better Than Version 1
I've used the first generation of the MoveLink wireless microphones for well over a year and been very happy with them...Version 2 though is significantly better! The new range is said to be 100m but when testing for my YouTube Channel I found it to be significantly better than that!

Like probably every videographer, I initially was looking at the Rode Wireless GO. After seeing several reviews, I noticed that I actually liked the audio of this Godox set just as much as the Rode set. Distance I don't care took much about since I'll always use it next to my camera. The big difference is that the GODOX MoveLink II M2 has two wired lav mics included as well as a very handy charging station. This while being very competively priced. As for audio, it's reasonably good and ignores background noise pretty well. Surely you'll miss some audio depth compared to a boom mic or a studio mic but this works as you would expect from a small set like this. As for appearance, I like the matte finish but the spotted surface is completely unneccessary.

First up, the build quality is impressive. It's got a plastic casing, it feels robust, not flimsy. The windscreen is sturdy too and definitely holds up against some strong gusts. Let's talk about improvements over the last version. This baby's got a serious range boost and the battery life is, quite frankly, off the charts compared to the old one. A+ there, Godox! Design-wise, it's not much different than before. Compact, matte finish – nothing flashy, but it gets the job done. The windscreen attachment though is a godsend. It clips on securely and is ridiculously good at reducing wind noise. The sound quality? Smooth and steady. I noticed a little bit of peaking during my tests but nothing major. Plus, with 48 kHz 16-bit sampling, the audio is clear as a bell. It's also got these magnetic clips - a neat idea but they're not as solid as I'd like. They could definitely use a bit of a design tweak. The Godox M2 is also super user-friendly, with reliable connectivity and some impressive range performance out in the real world. However, I do miss having internal storage and some handy knobs for quick adjustments. Price-wise, it's on par with similar products in the market. It’s got good value, especially when you consider the included lav mics and all the connectivity cables.
