Everlast Speed ​​Swivel Bag, Punchingball swivel Pro

I replaced an old hook and ball swivel with this Everlast swivel, and I’ve been extremely pleased with it and it’s a lot quicker too. Gone is the clatter and squeaking of the noisy old swivel, as it’s extremely quiet and all I can hear is the thud of the speedball against the platform... all I did was apply a little Vaseline to the moving parts and a way to go.

I purchased a speedball and swivel pack because it looked like a 'bargain', this was a mistake. The swivel was complete rubbish, so I replaced it with the Everlast one. I should have just spent the extra money in the first place as the quality difference is vast. The Everlast swivel, unlike the cheaper one' is smooth and true making it much easier to keep a solid rhythm and ramp up the speed.

excellent swivel i'm a professional boxing trainer and would rate these one of the best on the market enjoyed by all my fighters the only downside is its fixed once its up it stays up most pro gyms have screw on type so you can use own ball if you are handy you can dismantle an rebuild onto screw on which I've done with great success . don't attempt unless you know what you doing. otherwise leave it up and enjoy . This style of swivel is the best kind you can get. No doubt.Very quiet, fast, accurate and efficient with little to no rattle.The particular one, by Everlast, is very decent. I did, however, need to add a thin washer between the U bolt and the swivel, and another between the U bolt and the pin. This was to stop the U bolt from horizontal movement. But this was purely my preference because it could be done. Didn't necessarily need to be done.Be aware this is your typical chrome swivel. The pic makes it look slightly black.Coupled with the Everlast leather 9x6 ball...my set-up is now awesome.Very happy. Hope it lasts.

i was amazed at the price of this as it is great value for your money because of it being very responsive to my punches, this makes the bag seem faster too, i would say this is the best swivel i have used up till now,as i mentioned the speedbag is much faster with this swivel, and also it doesnt falter much and if it does and you are quick enough change your footing and keep the bag on the move, this might even enhance your workout and keep you on your toes, this is the forth swivel i have used over the years and it beats all the previous ones, thank you everlast,

A great improvement from my old swivel, with a much smoother movement. Great value for the money. Security pin to keep swivel hook in place is a bit tough to take on and off.

I bought the swivel bracket to replace the hook on my speedball platform for holding the punch ball. The swivel is manufactured of good quality steel and its design allows the punch ball to kick back from the strike board in a controlled arch movement rather than off setting sidewards from the bounce.

Took a while to get used to it, I made a mistake of getting a 360 swivel instead of getting your standard back and forth swivel. Found it very beneficial because the different direction of the swivel allows you to work alot on your punch/eye co ordination. Just work on your shoulders to reap the benefit when using the speedbag. Thumbs up guys.
