It is a seaweed supplement. It helps overcome the increasing deficiences we get from our food and soils. A friend of mine told me years ago that with prolonged use, it will help with stiffness and joint pains. I decided to try it, and I am so glad I did. It took 3 months before I noticed a difference. I continued for many years and reached the point where I thought it was no longer working BUT I was wrong. When I had stopped I quickly suffered a lot more stiffness and pain. I began the daily supplement again and soon things got better again. It did not take 3 months to regain the good status. I realized that it was still working. I have used this product for years with great results. The results take time to notice, like the strengthening of your fingernails. You will not notice it until it has time to grow the length where you can judge the change. Your hair quality will get better as well. I used Source on my horses for years. The I found out they made it for dogs and for people. This product and everything else made by them is fantastic. It takes time to get into the system, you won't usually see the full results for a few months. There is nothing better out there in a micronutrient.

Took the vitamin for three days as directed. Broke out in a horrible rash worse than poison ivy. It took a week of benadryl and misery before it completely healed up. I was told the product is not eligible for return or refund.

Have been using their Equine products for years and it made sense to try the human equivalent! I love this stuff! My hair grows faster and my complexion is better and I feel better all around! It takes a while to build up in your system but be patient…. It works great!!
