Not for wynch posts
I bought this for a wynch post but it's for the front of a vehicle my bad so cut it down item is very long and heavy but done the job after adjustments

Not Universal and the middle of the plate should be raised
Very strong mounting plate but extremely heavy. It is quite reasonable for the price.Why I give it 2 stars is because it claims to be universal but the bolts didn't fit my Jeep Wrangler TJ. I had to drill new holes in the plate.The plate should be raised where the winch is attached so the bolts don't scratch the bumper when you screw the mount.

Well made item
Plate was returned as it was far too big for what was required. This was not all that clear in the description.Good Quality though.
