Cropped photo
Do doubting the quality of the jigsaw which I bought for my elderly father. However the photo on the box was cropped so that the jigsaw does were not visible. A pity.

Best customer service ever and an excellent product
I always try to buy Ravensburger puzzles, and I have purchased many. This is the first time I ever encountered a missing piece in the finished product. I messaged the sender about the missing piece, and immediately got a full refund. I didn't even ask for a refund, just and FYI message. How amazing for a company to be so responsive! I might add that this puzzle is beautiful, challenging, and rewarding when you finish it. My suggestion is this. A.B.R! (ALWAYS BUY RAVENSBURGER)

Just right
This puzzle with large pieces was fun, yet challenging for my elderly mother to put together. The colors and large pieces make it easy for her to see and pick up the piece she wants. Great for older folks

Picture on box doesn't match
As others have also reported, the picture on the box is only the center portion of the actual puzzle, which makes it especially challenging. Highly unusual for a quality manufacturer like Ravensburger, so kind of disappointing.

Beautiful puzzle but -----
This is a beautiful puzzle, however, I have three complaints. First is that on completion I discovered there were two pieces missing (yes, I looked on the floor & in the box - checked all over)! Secondly, the photo of the puzzle on the box didn't show a totally complete photo of what the puzzle should look like. I ended up having to go online to see the total photo. Three was that a few of the edge pieces were very flimsy & I had to be very careful that parts of the pieces didn't tear off. It's a shame, as I did enjoy putting the puzzle together, except for these 3 complaints.
