Incredibly Tasty and Authentic: A Little Goes A Long Way!
This is the kind of paste that later makes you 'well known' for a specific dish - in this case, a green thai curry. Incredibly authentic flavours, and I can't see me going back to supermarket bought thai kits/mixes ever again. Large tub, and lasts for absolutely ever - a little most definitely goes a long way. Would definitely recommend!

Green Thai curry paste
Big tub so good value. Have used this brand before for other pastes and I’m happy with the quality, just wish they would reduce the salt content.

Really spicy
Authentic tasting Thai green curry paste. Use 2 heaped teaspoons for 1kg of chicken is about right as the paste is very salty and highly spiced with a lot of heat, you can add more if you prefer it hotter. Use a tin of 400ml of coconut milk (check that it has about 70% coconut extract) for a more creamy taste and texture to your curry. Add 1/4 teaspoon sugar to balance out the spices to your dish. Bought beginning of July 2020, expiry date 24/12/21. Will keep longer if stored in the fridge. The thick paste is in a tough see through bag inside a plastic tub, so storage is no problem. The paste is quite pungent, if you get it on your hands it is easily washed off, though the smell can linger. We have used jars of ready Thai green sauces that have been very acceptable but they have been quite expensive per meal and the texture is not quite right because of the maize starch added. This is the best product we have used yet.

Easy & Delicious Curry
I have had Green Thai Curry from Restaurants & Takeaways in the past & wanted to have a go at making one myself. I ordered this paste & followed the recipe on the side of the pot. It was so quick & easy, the taste is totally delicious & quite hot but the perfect heat for me. Bearing in mind I had never used any curry paste before I was a little worried of the smell of the paste when I opened it but I needn't have been, I would also recommend not trying to taste the paste lol. It suggests using 50g of the paste in the recipe but if you make it & decide next time you want it hotter you could add green chillies or more paste, for milder you could reduce the amount of paste. I had mine with Veetee Thai Jasmine Rice that I also ordered from Amazon, it's like a sticky rice that goes perfectly with this curry.

Tasty, providing you know how to cook
The taste is fine and not too salty, I actually add extra salty shrimp. For people who do not know how to cook, will go by the container instructions. Taste and cooking can be easily adjusted. It is 1 general can of coconut milk with one rounded table spoon of this stuff, and add half teaspoon of salted shrimp. You want it extra hot, you add more chilli. Everything else is optional. You can't take a little heat, you just avoid curry. For storage, I have it on a shelf out of sunshine in my lounge. I snipped the bag in corner and folded it down and clipped it with large paper clip, the tub is not ultra air tight so good to do this, it has been there for a three weeks and should be fine for more than a year, I like the tub and plastic for keeping it fresh and bug free.
