Ok for the price build quality is not great!

I only gave i three stars as it's made well,but couldn't use it for what I wanted if for,which is a shame.

I have 2 PCs and one ethernet connection so this seemed like the best option. I used Broadband Speedchecker with PC1 before adding the splitter and recorded a consistent download speed of 75 Mb/s with upload 19 Mb/s. Next I fitted the splitter and ran the test again...the speed dropped SIGNIFICANTLY: download between 3 - 9 Mb/s and upload 1.5 - 9 Mb/s.Ran the same test on PC2 and got 9 Mb/s down and upload speed.I then returned to the original set up and bingo, 75 Mb/s again. PC2 is now running with a wireless dongle and getting 12 - 13 Mb/s...faster than the cable with the splitter!In summary, the splitter worked, but drastically reduced the connection speed. I won't be using this again...another thing for my box of PC bits!

Originally bought to connect a PC and Xbox to wired connection at the same time but misread the description, so only one works at a time on the wifi. However still would be a useful tool for someone who needs it, just don't buy if you're trying to connect and Xbox and pc to the internet at the same time
