Well it can be used with any brand of semipermanent nail polish but with CND nail polish I definitely can say it has the best results as one of my friends did it with an other brand.

Can this be used with an LED lamp as well as a UV?

I only use a LED lamp and it works well with my Sensational 3060 LED Lamp. Hope this helps.
