first issue I had was the mouthpiece does not fit tightly so it was frequently falling off. If the unit fell over you had to go looking for mouthpiece. Other than that the output was fantastic, easily transported. Did seem to use a lot of batteries. Unit only lasted about 4 weeks. Now it doesnt work at all. At first thought it was batteries again, even though had just changed. Changed batteries again, nothing, tried utilizing USB port, again nothing, just that little orange light that tell you its not working. Unfortunately I discarded the children's mask once the unit was functional, so it was a total waste of money , because cannot now return.

I have replaced batteries (that are not included) multiple times and charged overnight and still can't get the battery to last longer than 5 minutes or even to turn on the stronger mode. I love it for what it is but it is a struggle to keep working. Sucks because I was excited for this for my kids athsma.

When I got this thing i could not determine how to take the thing apart. The top has a latch and when you push the button to take the top off it slides sideways. I am lucky I did not break it. Well I got the thing cleaned up with alcohol and used it. It is more efficient and quieter than I could ever imagine. I would recommend this to someone that travels because all you need is two double A battery's. You can put rechargeable one's in but it does not draw a lot of juice and should last a long time. The clean up is easy also.

Like the fact it's so portablele yet works so well to help breath.

This thing has a mind on its own….at first it was great and fully functioning…..after a few months, it began to malfunction….it sometimes work or sometimes not….coincidence or not, it doesn’t work work when you need it badly….but begins working again after a few days….had to buy another full sized nebulizer. BUY AT YOUR OWN RISK
