Easy to read and empty.
This item was very easy to install. It is easy to read and the water pours out easily. It looks nice and seems to be durable. This is one of the cheaper gauges available and has functioned well.

Sturdy and easy to read!
We love this product! We are on our second one only because I left it out in the winter by mistake last year and it cracked. The numbers are big and it is so easy to read....great product!

Simple and does the job well
So simple, but effective! I was able to attach this to my deck railing with just a screwdriver, not extra equipment needed. When installed, it virtually disappears unless I look for it. After the holder is installed, the rain bucket simply slips through the hole from the top, and is held in place by the lip on the bucket. A thin red plastic strip floats on water, and makes it easy to read how much rainfall you received. Be careful that you don't throw the float out when you empty the bucket or else you'll have to look in the bushes below to find it (don't ask how I know).

It's got large print the red bar makes it easy to read and it apparently works well with snow so rain should be a no brainer
