Good mug, terrible lid and customer service
Bought this rambler a few weeks ago and have used it less than 10 times. Now my lid cracked from heat expansion when putting it over my tea. I contacted Yeti about it to see if there was anything they could do about it, but they said they're not shipping replacements, and I would just have to buy another one.Rest assured I won't be supporting them with another cent, and neither should you. There are plenty of equivalent ramblers out there for less, if you can't expect any quality assurance either way.
