It is not silent (smooth loveNet) but ticking type (step movement)
Nice piece. Fit my interiors of kitchen. Good letter size and arms design. However it is step movement type (ticking) - though ticking noise is not audible as on date (using for two weeks now). Definitely a Velur for money. Size 10”, thinness about 2”

Don’t buy this product
The standard of this product is very cheap. Parts are so loose that it disengage from the clock. Frame is coming out. Tough to hold on the wall.

It is not a silent clock.
It is a quartz clock by some name, Alpha, of which I was not aware when I was supposed to get a clock by the name AKSICOT.It is not a silent clock, but it makes less noise than a normal clock as it has a rounded enclosure, which traps the sound. I am not impressed at all. I felt like I was being cheated, as I would have gone for a better clock by a better brand name, Ajantha.
