Just the right size and weight
Bought these as I’m doing an online fitness programme, part of which suggests you use a can of beans as a weight. I didn’t feel very secure using a can as my grip isn’t good so bought these instead. Just the right size and weight, they don’t roll and are very secure to grip. Also not very expensive.

Good little hand weights
I needed very light weight weights for exercise that didn't slip in hands and these are just that.Perfect for what I need them for,I've used them several times in past week. A decent price compared to some other sellers .Happy with purchase JW.

Therapeutic use of lightweight dumbell
Nice colour. Good smooth grip and non slip. Recommended by a physiotherapist. I use them to aid recovery from tennis elbow- so a heavier weight would only aggravate the problem. Still in use but its looking hopeful.A good buy.
