Diese Soya-Sauce wurde mir in einem japanischen Feinkostladen empfohlen und schmeckt sehr gut.

Mild und nicht würzig. Hat nicht den vordergründigen dunkel malzigen Sojasaucen Geschmack. Passt somit auch sehr gut zu Speisen, die man nicht nit Soja in Zusammenhang bringt.
