Organic Buckwheat Flour 650ml (623 Grammes) Pkg

My go to brand is often out of stock so I tried this and I am not disappointed. I may just stay with this brand until it gets out that it is a good one too and then will be out of stock all the time also! I bake my own bread every week. I do not buy grocery store bread, ever. So it really is my go to lately. It is about the same quality as the other and since I blend it with artisan bread flour there is no difference in flavor. I can't speak to using it solely for baking items. It has a nice texture and seems fresh enough. Will stick with this unless something changes.

Flour is very good quality, taste is very pure and nice, pancakes comes out always perfect! Very good with honey!

Made banana pancakes with this and they turned out great. My wife said they looked funny, but she cleaned he plate. Also put a little in some hamburger gravy in an attempt to thicken it, but I'm not sure how well it worked. I'll have to experiment some more.
