Q: Can the brush be changed out when it gets worn down? Is it replaceable?

Yes they can be changed out I also believe you can replace the brushes with a squeeze a system

Q: What is the minimum psi I can use with this wand? Is this suitable with a portable with a max 500psi?

We use this one and the similar, more expensive, wand named after a lizard with our truck mounts. For hard floors we turn the pressure down in the 150 to 200 range. We usually end up closer to 200 PSI because our unloaders get a little sketchy when we try to adjust below that. Lower pressure reduces the risk of injecting water between planks, especially with laminate or hardwood, and also reduces the risk of blasting water under the baseboards. It works good at that pressure. With carpets, as you probably know, heat and pressure are very important but with hard floors a quality neutral detergent does most of the work. For the money, this is a decent little wand.

Q: is this everything you need to start cleaning?

No! That’s just a tool that attaches to a truck mount unit that sits outside. You still need the equipment to supply the water and extract the water through vacuum.

Q: Does it come with brush attachment?

Yes, that is all it comes with.
