Not able to sleep all night consistently.

This product does not work for me! I tried it by taking 2 capsules the first night, and I was awake all night, and had really weird feelings. I wasn't sick, but I wasn't well either. The next night, I tried taking only 1 capsule, and the same thing happened! I will not use it again. I tried to get my money back, but Amazon is not responding to my request. I had to put a rating, so I put 1 star, but if there was a negative star, I would have chosen it!

Didn't really work for me

This supplement comes as a gel capsule, which has no taste and is easy to swallow. I took one last night before going to bed. I had some cheese and a few crackers when I took it, so it would not upset my empty stomach, . It did not cause any upset for me. I always read for a bit before turning out the lights, and I did not notice any tiredness after 40 minutes, in fact I read longer than normal without getting drowsy. I fell asleep fairly quickly once I turned out the lights (which is normal) and I did sleep better overall throughout the night. This supplement seems to have a great combination of ingredients without the melatonin amount being too strong for me. I only gave it 4 stars though, because it states it uses organic ingredients and it has a GMP mark, but this is not the GMP certified seal, though it looks similar. They also have no certification for the claim of using organic ingredients, "We skipped the preservatives, additives, fillers, and binders. Our Sleep + Restore Supplement is wholly Vegetarian, Organic, Non-GMO, Soy-Free, Gluten-Free, and Dairy-Free.".

Helps alot

This product cause insomnia. I took 2 caps as recommended 1 hour before bedtime. Was tossing 1 more hour before fell asleep. Also, waking up during the night due to gas ( which I normally don’t have). Would not recommend. I will go back to regular pure just Melatonin!

I bought this because it was supposed to be one of the best sleep aids. It hasn’t worked at all. I’m still waking up at all kinds of weird hours and then have trouble falling back to sleep. I can get the same results from store bought sleep aids and pay WAY LESS.

I’ve used the whole bottle. I rely on them every week night. I take them about 2 hours before I’m supposed to be going to bed and after my head hits the pillow I’m waking up the next morning! I see a lot of reviews saying it doesn’t work, but I think it just depends on the person like most things. This is one of the only things that works for me. NyQuil makes me tired but doesn’t help me actually fall asleep.Overall I’d say if nothing works for you try it out. It’s also astounding that something using natural ingredients actually has such an effect for me.Side note: I came on here to buy more and it is to my very disappointed surprise, they’re unavailable.
