a really well built articulating camera arm. it will not handle an dslr but it was built for a small cased device and it does it well

The arm is terrific. I've been testing it at the gym, and have had no complaints with the clamping ability. The rubber on the clamp can leave a mark on some surfaces though, so take care before attaching to rough wooden surfaces. On metal, there's no issue, and almost every machine at the gym has a reasonably sized place to attach it. The only thing that'd make it better would be if it had both the clamp attachment and a magnetic one, so you can easily move it between places. The arm does get pretty rigid, and I haven't had problems holding onto it.The phone holder isn't the best I've used, but neither is it anywhere close to the worst either. It's spring loaded, and it's just barely able to fit the thick Pelican case I keep my iPhone in. Overall, I like it.

Got a ton of these things. They work great and mine all hold. Not sure what everyone else's problem is.

This arm was easy to install and very well made, plus it is infinitely adjustable, suited my application well

The tip comes loose easily, meaning it doesn't tighten very well. Although the other parts do.

Quality piece. Clamps are nice and strong.
