Despite trying to contact customer services, can’t ascertain why this is called ‘Steak Strips’ as opposed to ‘Jerky’. Underselling themselves if anything as jerky is far more than mere steak strips. Seems it’s a dumbing-down exercise to me but ignored, so can’t say for sure…
