Best Yarn for Beginners (and EVEN BETTER KITS!)
I’m just starting out, and this yarn makes it so much easier! It sounds corny, but I was compelled to write a review since I have tried other yarn that wasn’t as good. In fact, other yarn kind of made me hate the craft. So what’s good about this stuff? It’s thick and easy to see and tell what’s going on. It doesn’t fray into a billion little pieces (I’m looking at you, wool!!!!), and the stitches being easy to see makes following patterns easier. It seems expensive perhaps compared to other beginner yarn, but if you check how much you’re getting, you’re getting more than 4x as much per yarn skein than some other ones. As a bonus, it’s soft. It comes in lots of colors, which is great, and I have it on every color for different projects. The only negative thing I have to say about it at all is that there aren’t made shades per color (I.e. only one blue instead of a pale blue and navy blue). However, if you’re interested in the beginner crochet kits, too, it is worth pointing out that the Woobles kits are INFINITELY SUPERIOR to other intro kits. Having tried a variety, I can say that the videos’ clarity, help functions, and variety of projects FAR outscores their counterparts. They’re cute, and the video instructions really are a huge game-changer. The only reason I could do some of those other “beginner kits” is because I saw a particular move in a Wooble video first. I wish the Wooble company also had instructional kits for headbands and other things too. I cannot overstate how good they are. But back to the yarn — I have had to re-do projects in THIS yarn just for it to come out well. I should have bought more of this yarn to start with.

Best Beginner Yarn - EVER
I, like many, decided to try my hand at Amigurumi (crochet stuff animals) with a Wooble kit. I LOVE their kits. Everything you need in a small little bag, and the best instructions, making what seemed impossible, possible! That's where Easy Peasy yarn comes in. It's the yarn you get in the kits. It's easy to use, feels good, and is great for amigurumi. After doing most of the Wooble's catalog, I decided to branch out and try some other designs. At first I used normal yarn, but quickly found the problem with that... yarn tangles so easily and frays and it's much harder to see your stitches! After a few "meh" attempts with regular yarn, I rushed back to Easy Peasy. One skein yields a lot of yarn. The colors are all super vibrant and there are currently (as of July of 2023) 13 different colors to choose from. I only have two complaints. 1) If you want to roll your yarn into a ball, sometimes the starter yarn is hidden in the middle of the skein and you have to kind of dig it out. When learning about this, it was a little frustrating but with the help of another person, it was easy enough to get it all wound up. Just know, you might need a little assistance. Cats will try and tell you they'll help, but don't trust them! 2) I just want more colors. Not a big complaint at all, I just would love more options, and maybe a few multi colored skeins. I really love this yarn. And you will when you try it out. :)

A High Quality Yarn From Woobles
The feel and look of this thick sized, smooth yarn screams quality. My wife was very happy to receive this as a gift and she can't wait to use it with her new Woobles kits. It looks like it will be easy to use and will work on a variety of different crochet projects. It's not the cheapest yarn you can buy, but have no fears as it's a very well made yarn.

Beautiful colors and quality, excellent for a beginner or relearning crochet . Worth the price.
I have not completed a project yet but so many yarns just don’t look right when you’re making stuffed animals and such and to relearn crochet it’s nice to have a solid product to work with. I am very impressed with this brand and the colors are beautiful! They’re pricey, but the product is gorgeous and good quality and washable! I bought several colors and I look forward to buying more.

Great yarn for amigurumi/toys
This yarn costs a bit more than I typically like to spend, but it is so easy to work with and I consistently get good results with it. "Pebble without a cause" is a great neutral color. I highly recommend it.

Great yarn
I used Woobles yarn to make small stuffed animals, and it was a great experience! The yarn is super easy to work with—the slight stretch makes stitching smooth, and the definition is clear, which really helps when following a pattern or counting stitches. It’s perfect for beginners and experienced crafters alike. I also loved that it came with a free pattern for a cute little lemon—such a fun bonus! The only downside is that it’s a bit more expensive than similar yarns. That said, the quality and ease of use make it worth the extra cost if you’re looking for a frustration-free project.

Best yarn!
This yarn very easy to work with, especially for beginners. I also wanted to mention that it doesn't fray or split which is a big plus. The yarn is very soft and the white color looks fine. No issues whatsoever. Will buy other colors as well. A+++

Woobles is worth the. price for the right use/project.
This is great for a beginner as it Is a single strand of material and does not fray. It works really well as it is about the same thickness of regular yarn. However, it seems thicker while working with it. It is 75% cotton/25% nylon blend and machine washable. It is a bit more expensive than "traditional" yarn. However, this is a sturdy yarn that stands up to being knit/crocheted and taken apart...multiple times. The skin, while seemingly small contains 164 yards. Personally, I do not think I would ever use this for a scarf or blanket. However, for something that needs to be sturdy -like a purse, placements, pot holder or things like that, I think it would be great! I know that Woobles yarn is used to make the little animals.
