Is there any kind of warranty on these?

I don't know, but in my opinion it was a good buy. I bought it to put a long arm quilting machlne together. We'll worth the money.

No the tips are not magnetic or ferous

Is there any warranty on these? Just snapped a 3/16 and have had them for less than a week

You might be able to return them to amazon as defective. I think you have 30 days but check to be sure. These don't have a manufacturers warranty but I think these are good quality for the price I paid but I see the price has doubled since I bought mine. These are not impact and a 3/16 is small enough to easily break no matter how well made if you're not careful.
