Bahco S400 Socket Set, 1/2" Drive, 40 Pieces

This is an excellent set of tools, very high quality at an extremely good price. Bahco sockets are always great quality and it is very handy having the spanner set in the lid in a tidy pop out holder. The ratchet is comfortable with a good grip handle. This set will last a lifetime and the half inch size drive with 6 sided sockets are the best combination for most jobs.

So far I have been impressed with this socket set, seems like good quality and the case is really good aswell,Not so impressed with the fact its made in Tawain ( at least its not from China) ( was expecting it to be made in Sweden) but the set really looks and feels quality and for its price I am more than happy with purchase, please note that the image shown is not the actual case I received, the one I received is actually better than the one in the image, I think

Quality tools for reasonable money , good carry case too

I purchased this item recently to replace a second hand.set that I bought years ago on Ebay. The original set is still in excellent condition and I passed it onto a friend of mine. I have found Bahco socket sets to be of superb quality and strength. I use them on a daily basis in conditions where they are very well tested. I work as a maintenance engineer in a busy commercial seaport and these tools are a very good friend to me being highly reliable and a pleasure to use. Highly recommended and very durable for professional use.

Good value from seller

I bought this over the facom set as it’s far cheaper and it claimed to be 37.5cm x15x10 which it isn’t. I bought it so i could put it i a toolbox (yes it’s a big toolbox) but it doesn’t fit so I now have to send it back and spend another £90. Could have done without the hassle. That being said it looks like a well made set and the box is sturdy enough. Spanners do look a little cheap compared to facom but that’s probably due to the fact that they are. Good value for money though

A lot of research was done before buying this tool set, I was looking for a good quality tool set for a reasonable price. This tool set stood out, mainly due to its good feedback. I am pleased with my purchase, I feel that although it is quite expensive, it will last and it has most things that I was after when purchasing the tool set. I am pleased with my purchase, I bit the bullet with this one and it has paid off. For me choosing this and buying once has been a better bet than buying cheap with more risk. In this particular case, I got what I paid for. My only grumble is with the handle of the ratchets, they are comfortable but fairly difficult to clean. A tool set with stainless steel handles would be easier to clean but a whole more expensive so I have given five stars as it is a relatively minor point.
