Poor quality, bad installation, Nightmare for customer
I bought this AC in March 2024, thinking that it's a Havells brand, must be good quality however after 3months of use issues starting cropping starting from AC gas leak to outer parts falling off and the technicians visit are not talented to handle the situation. They just pass the bucks and any issues gets solved not before a week.So if you are ready to get a trauma and waste ur time and money then go for it otherwise choose better brands.Low performancePoor service qualityNoisy machineWorst ac installation

AC is very good but AC installation experience is very pathetic because for the installation process I have to give extra money(as a bike fuel exp)to technician, so this is not likely for me and the technician was also a very rude and he feels me like he came and doing a favour to install the AC but that was his job.So this type of behavior of him was not satisfactory.Overall AC cooling nice👍 and Amazon Installation process👎
