Before buying/trying this item be aware that you cannot return it. I could not find a smaller count and so took a chance on this amount. It was a mistake. The taste is very very bad. I do not notice any extra energy or clarity. It gives me a terrible stomach ache. Plus it is very expensive. I do NOT recommend this product. If I could give it 0 stars I would.

I always keep this product with me. I work a job that can be high stress at times and requires alot of focus. Ketone IQ helps me stay mentally sharp without the crash that can come from using too much caffeine. Especially on long days when you can start to lose that focus, it just take a second to down one of these shots and get you right back in the game. Quite a few people talk about the taste and, honestly, I don't mind it at all. Keeping it ice cold or mixing it in a bottle of water can help if you just can't get over it. Another great use is during weekly training sessions. Whether it strength training or a long run Ketone IQ has been my go to for maximum efficiency. No need for over caffeinated pre workout mixes. Before, during and after any workout is a great time to refuel with a shot and it keeps you going and going.

This product is great! I have used this product multiple times it’s a great way to put you strait into ketosis. I started to see results after 1 week of trying. I had much more energy and made me happy to start the day. I would highly recommend this product.

It tastes so awful, but, it’s SO worth it! Great focus and mental energy. Ketones pass the blood-brain barrier, unlike glucose, and can fuel the brain! Super effective

I know for me this is the most horrifying thing I’ve ever had to drink to try to help me lose weight or manage my weight. These ketones taste terrible and the price is expensive. I will never purchase them again. That’s not to say this is not a good product it just did not help me in the flavor was not the best.

It is rare I go a day without taking my Ketone's from Ketone IQ! For me, they improve my quality of life so much that it is worth the cost. They give me a energy boost during long work days and allow me to focus. I take them before workouts to help give me a clean energy boost without any jitters or making my heartrate go crazy. It also helps with my appetite, even when I am hormonal and having sugar cravings, it helps to keep those at bay!I have gotten used to the flavor of the original, and so I can drink it straight and it really doesn't bother me. Also, daily I create "K-Water" which I saw one of the creator's post on insta and I love it! It is a combo of LMNT electrolyte packet, ice water, a dose (or two) of Ketone IQ and if I am feeling spicy I will squeeze a lemon or lime in it. I drink this throughout the day to stay hydrated and energized. The Peach flavor caffeinated ones are seriously SO delicious, and the caffeine seems smoother than caffeine in coffee or energy drinks, so no issues with jitters or feeling weird.Anyone who knows me, knows I don't go anywhere without my Ketone IQ. Thankfully the travel bottles don't upset TSA, so I don't have to! Thank you Ketone IQ- you have changed my life for the better!!
