Haven’t used yet but quality looks great

More or less it's just like its descriptions. What less is the inner cut of the front mat was actually smaller. I didn't specific the size during my order and I cannot complain for this minor issue. The color of the backing was a bit yellower than the cut mat. Maybe the back is a different material or it has been sitting out for awhile. Anyway, I can only see the difference at the edges after putting the front and back together.Shipping package was fine. There was additional packaging around the corners. Unfortunately one corner was somehow smashed and half of the backing form board were bended at that corner. Since the package was really thick, so the front side (cut mat) of that corner was fine.The final and the most important comment about this product is that it's cheap and worth the price.

Purchased this item 5 times now, I have always been satisfied with packaging and product.

These are so poor quality! Everything is bent and because of that my photos are bulging. I cannot use this. I have an exhibition coming up and I need to re-print all of my photos again!! I want a refund. I am so upset.
