one star for looks
Product looks nice(one star). The key did not work in the lock. Did a work around. Paper towels rip with almost every pull. Users brought over a paper towel roll to use instead. Had it not already been put up, we would have returned, but now stuck with a nice looking poorly designed dispenser. We might replace with another that we've had for over 60 years (still working in another room). Sad and disappointing purchase.

This does leave finger prints in this, clean with a stainless steel cleaner! Not shiny but a matte gold

Paper towels don’t pull through easily. You have mess around to get a stupid towel out and then it rips anyways. Kind of disappointing, it’s a paper towel dispenser ffs 😐
