I have really liked this magnesium supplement. It is gentle and hasn't caused any adverse reactions. I've taken it to help with the absorption of Vitamin D. It is an inexpensive but pretty clean product so I feel comfortable taking it. Will purchase again.

The capsules are easy to swallow and don’t upset my stomach like some other magnesium supplements I’ve tried.One of the best things is how it’s helped me feel more relaxed in the evenings—my sleep quality has really improved, and I wake up feeling more refreshed. I’ve also been using it to help with post-workout muscle recovery, and I can tell it’s making a difference.

The 500 mg dose prevents having night cramps for me. Dosing is an individual thing, but for me I need the 500 mg. I also introduce dill pickle juice about 3 ounces if I can feel during the day or evening signs of cramping. Using both for me Puts me at ease to getting a good nights sleep.

This is one of the best forms of magnesium at a good price.
