Very good multivitamin for daily use. Also contains some amino acids that is good for energy production. The pills are bigger than normal, and are bit hard to swallow. There is no aftertaste or side effects.

Great Multi vit, that I take daily. Taste makes this Vitamin easy to take. I have not had side effects or problems with this product. Adds energy to my daily routine, even if I skip a meal. Nice product. Especially for the value.

Listen if your looking for a decent multivitamin that is cheap then this is for you. I’m not a fan of the absorption rate of this product, I feel it’s basically expensive pee since that’s pretty much what your doing is peeing out most of it. There are better options out there like the Kaged Muscle multi that you will actually absorb the vitamins because it’s at the right dosage.*this is an honest review, I’m not paid nor offered any free products.
