Are these epsom salts manufactured in the uk? or are they the cheap chinease imports (which are awful)

I’d like to think they come from Epsom!!! I’ve been using this product for a good 20 years for soaking in the bath 3-5 times a week. Never had any problems with it at all. They are pharmaceutical grade which means it should be of a good quality. I imagine it’d have to go through checks to be sold in this country. Hope this helps.

Organic when referring to retail products would normally be defined as produced without the use of manmade chemicals. this product is magnesium sulphate. It is literally a manmade chemical, sometimes derived from natural sources. It doesn't come from an animal so I suppose technically it is vegan. To make Magnesium sulphate it is either obtained directly from dry lake beds and other natural sources or It can be prepared by reacting various solutions and chemicals. Exactly how this product is made is unclear on the packaging. It is however sold as pharmaceutical grade and as such is good for use in baths. I have used this hundreds of times and never had a negative reaction.
