How to pair it to a PS4 Pro?

Comes with a USB c connector. May need to get a USB a to USB c adapter to use with the PS4. I can't remember if it has a c port or not.

Do these work with mic and sound with PS5 and is the mic any good?

They do! Personally, I had to turn my mic most of the way up, but I don't speak particularly loud, but it will send all the audio to the headphones. The mic is good too though, just a bit quiet.
