Should I apply the night before or at the moment?

You could use at night or morning but I prefer to save it for morning for depuffing and dark circles. I love this product.

Does this get rid of dark circles?

At DHC, we strive to be transparent about our products and set a realistic product expectations. It’s for this reason we refrain from stating it will “eliminate” dark circles; though for some customers, it does. That being said, we feel more than comfortable saying that Eye Bright is an effective product for greatly reducing darkness around the eye area. Refreshing cucumber will awaken weary eyes while caffeine helps to alleviate puffiness that’s often associated with stressed eyes.
