So I wanted to wait until I got real results before I wrote a review. I orders this about March 19. So it’s been about 3 months. I’ll get real. I was having horrible problems with the skin on just my butt, and it was making me so self conscious and frustrated. Exfoliating and using lactic acid lotion only partly improved it. This lotion is smooth going on, smells amazing, and doesn’t sting. This is NOT a quick fix so if you’re looking for something that will work in a week or two this is not it. But after 3 months I would say my skin has improved by 90%. I have some spots that are probably scars, so my skin doesn’t look like I never had issues, but there haven’t been new bumps in weeks and it my butt feels so smooth and soft. If you’re willing to be patient and give it the time it needs you’ll be pleased, and I’m going to use this long term. I used a small amount twice a day and still have plenty left in the tube. A little goes a long way. Wish I could post a before and after, but obviously not going to because of where I used it 😆

My skin gets so irritated and sensitive to the heat. Jeans in the summer completely ruin my skin. This cream is the only thing that has alleviated the rash and stopped the irritation. The absolute best. Can’t recommend it enough.

I’ve suffered of 🍑 acne since I had my son in 2001. Nothing ever worked. I found this and decided to try it out since it did have good reviews. I’ve been using it for about a month now, twice a day after I shower. And to my amazement it’s cleared my acne almost 90%. Definitely will buy again.

Got this for my daughter's acne on her back. Worked well to remove bumps. We continue to apply and hope the remaining spots will go away. We are ordering this product again to continue using.

Just bought this after reading many of the reviews which seemed to be very positive but a few people complaining about a change in formulation. I contacted customer services and they received this reply from the manufacturer which i was very impressed with:"This particle is the effective component, Azelaic Acid (Azelaic Acid is a white to slightly yellow monoclinic prismatic crystal, needle-like crystal, or powder. It is in a solid crystalline state at room temperature). So when you feel these crystal particles, it is Azelaic Acid. It can be absorbed after massaging, so it is normal.First, let me provide some information. Azelaic Acid is not completely soluble in water and oil, and it only works at higher concentrations. The solubility of Azelaic Acid in water at 27℃ is only 0.24% by weight, and it is even lower in cold water. The solubility increases significantly above 65℃, but when the temperature drops, it immediately crystallizes. Azelaic Acid dispersed in cosmetics not only causes poor stability of the cream, but also can result in grittiness due to poor emulsification and solubility. So, the Azelaic Acid in your formulation is not dissolved but directly dispersed.We will upgrade the emulsification process to better encapsulate the Azelaic Acid in the cream. We will also request the Azelaic Acid supplier to provide us with smaller particle sizes of Azelaic Acid from the source, ensuring more uniform dispersion and avoiding the gritty sensation, thus improving the stability of the cream."In summary it seems the crystals in the product are the suspended azelaic acid but depending on the temperature they could be softer or harder. I'm guessing the people with the hard crystals might have needed to warm it up a bit first. I have started using it and mine is really smooth and goes on nicely, the particles seem more like soft flakes to me which absorb into the skin just fine. After a few days use i can tell it's working but think it'll take a couple more weeks to get the full effect. I marked it down slightly because i don't think it's necessary to be scented even though it's not a strong scent i would rather it was fragrance free. Overall I'm very happy with it and will continue using it.

I'm pregnant so I needed a lotion that didn't contain Salicylic Acid. I also didn't want Benzoyl peroxide because it stains your clothes.I've been using this once per day after I shower for about a week and I see a big improvement already. I plan to keep using this over the summer as I get more pregnant and sweaty lol. It's reasonably priced, pregnancy safe, and gets the job done--that's a win in my book!

I’ve seen a slight difference but I’m still waiting on results

This product worked fantastically on the areas that I applied it to on my body. I noticed that my skin cleared up within the first couple of weeks once I started to use it. I don't only love this product for the results that it has given me but also for the very nice-scent that it generates when I apply it on my skin.
