I have loved my SW4 earbuds. It is likely that many people who have purchased these earbuds are gamers. However, I chose the SW4 earbuds for their high quality sound attributes and other noteworthy characteristics delineated in their Reviews. As a businessman that travels a great deal to various work locations for a company that uses a cloud-based collaboration platform for communication, I was often at a disadvantage at times given that there were never mics and regularly there were no dedicated phones at the workstations I frequented. The SW4 earbuds now go everywhere with me and have become an indispensable tool that has helped me be more efficient at my job. The sound quality, ease of use, convenient charging station, USB C/A charging options have all been top drawer. I am a fan!

You know, in the beginning, I can admit that I was skeptical. No cord? Seamless audio? Looks similar to regular wireless headphones ? A gaming headset? There was no way in my mind I could’ve fathom something so spectacular! And for it to actually be as good as stated is truly phenomenal. I purchased my headset or “gaming buds” rather When I purchased my PS5. I was nervous, making this switch But I can truly say that this is now not only My favorite gaming headphones, but also Daily on the go headphones. Make sure to download the app if you want to customize your listening and gaming experience. Truly remarkable! If I could give them five stars multiple times I would.!

I’ve been using this device since November (about 9 months) and I’m generally pleased with how it works. Exceptional sound quality and great battery life. It’s also very comfortable and easy to set up and use. I only have two suggestions to make it even better. Some of the people I communicate with tell me my voice sounds like I’m in a large empty room so perhaps the microphone needs some tweaking. It would also be great if a straight USB dongle was available. The adapter works great but it is a bit delicate and prone to breaking if you’re not careful. I would give this product a solid 4-4.5 stars and with a couple of tweaks it can easily be a solid 5.

I have the dongle attached to the USB on BACK of the playstation 5. These connect right away and provide great sound!! I love the price! Now, full disclosure: 1 time every 5 minutes, the audio glitches, like a little pop of static, lasts less than a second. Now this "could" be because inhave it plugged into the back instead of the front, idk... but i dont want anyone bumping it. But its so brief and infrequent, that i don't really care. There is no way in heck that i'd spend $300 on the official earbuds.

They constantly have problems connecting to the dongle. You have to put the earbuds in the case and take them out again because they disconnect and power off. I have no idea why they included a power off feature on them. When you take earbuds out, they should always be on. Obviously. But EVERYTHING is power off. Even switching to "music mode" (which is the NORMAL sound mode) can turn them off. Even touching it once for less than a second can turn BOTH earbuds off. Its worth mentioning I had an issue in the past with these as well, they wouldnt charge and the case would rattle for some reason. The company sent me a second pair for free. But the odds of receiving another broken set was high. This IS a review for the second set. Because EVERYTHING can turn them off and the voice in the earbuds will loudly say "POWER OFF". Another problem, why is the voice THAT loud? They can just randomly turn off when youre using them. They pause audio without me touching them. When you take earbuds out of the case they should ALWAYS stay on, theres no reason for them to turn off unless theyre in the case. This is the worst product i have ever bought.

I wanted to get a pair of wireless earbuds for my PC and didn't want to deal with bluetooth. These seemed to fit the bill and they connected right out of the box without any hassle. So far so good! After 20 or so hours of use though, there are some issues that make the experience less than great. First, the range is short on the dongle connection. Twenty feet or so, less when you move behind a wall. When you move back closer, there's a persistent crackle unless you put the buds back in the case and reconnect. Also strangely, after a few hours of use, it seems like interference naturally builds up and even if I don't move from the PC, eventually pops and crackles will start to come up, seemingly for no reason. When the connection is strong, the sound is passable but nothing great. I've gotten the same quality sound out of $10 wired buds from TJ Maxx. Overall, I'm not *too* disappointed with my purchase, but I'd suggest you get these on discount if at all.

I worked in the industry side of audio. I love the big bad over the ear boomers blasting my ears. The sound technology for wireless headsets is getting way better that the headphones we used in the past. Headphones like the AKG 240DF were industry standards. I've been currently using wireless headsets but that might change. These little earbuds (Middle Rabbit) are really quite good and mike resonably well. Easy to use and has USB-C capability. These earbuds were just what I was looking for, for work. Needed something that I didnt have to constantly have on, with a dongle. This is very rare to find! After having them for a little while now, I can tell you that they are fantastic. People can hear you, you can hear them. Not tied down to a corded headset, or wireless, that still sits on over your head all day (causing headaches). There was a time that I thought I was having an issue with them, and their customer support was great! (Ended up being user error). Now, you do have the minor discomfort of earbuds in all day. I've had other earbuds and these feel better. I won't go back to anything else because of this. I highly recommend!
