PC smoked right at plug in. Called tech support who said to send it in. When they got it, they claimed it wasn't the one they sent us. Very bad company and very bad service. Will update after I have tested replacement PC. Horrible Horrible refurbished service. Got the second one in and it had zero packing in the box. Did finally get the PC to power up and it is so riddled with Spyware and useless software the platform is unstable. Second monitor won't even stay on if you are using high graphics games. Tried playing Sims 4. Haha, had to turn. The graphics down to even get a stable picture. Beware. Stay away from this company

Didn't know you needed a wireless adapter to connect to the Wi-Fi, but support is sending me one, will change my rating to 5 stars if that is the only issue. Everything else looks awesome so far, monitors are slick and clean looking. Support has been very helpful, responsive via Amazon message and phone. Edit-they sent the adapter and everything is working perfectly. Changed to 5/5 stars Very happy with purchase 😀

Honestly this package came with more than what I expected. The monitors quality seems worth more than the whole setup. my son plays the games he loves flawlessly.

First system that was received only a single video port worked. Setup a replacemt without too much hassel sent it back and received replacement. Same exact problem... went back and forth with "tech support" who was convinced I needed an adapter instead of the specific video cables for tge port being used. No surprise that didn't work either. Decided to not worry about it since it is system for basic usage and kids homework (no gamning) and used it anyway. Bringing us to today where now it won't boot anymore...terrible service and horrible product.

Customer service was great, computer is running my games perfectly. My only complaint is that the mouse stopped working. They sent me another brand new mouse to resolve issue. Has been a great experience.

This is really a great looking product by design standards. The colors are really great on the keyboard, mouse, and CPU. I do have one concern does the VGA port work? I tried connecting a VGA monitor as there is a DVI and HDMI ports also. I will try and order an HDMI to DVI. Updates later.

I ended up having to return the purchased gaming console package - Tech Magnet was terrific to work with on the return and refund process.
