You know, I've had this stuff for maybe 2 days. I'm not willing to rate this for efficacy since they are in such a rush to get a rating they just can't seem to wait for me to see if it makes a difference. So, if you're in a sweat to get this, they'll get it to you fast. The pills are rather large.

I love this product! I needed a high dose C and had been off it for many years. I was so brain broken that I have no memories for years and years of my life.
