Great for baking
Nice blend of monk fruit and allulose. I really liked it for baking since it's a 1 for 1 substitute for sugar in recipes. My recipes came out very nice and the texture was perfect for this purpose.I had to use quite a bit to sweeten coffee, so it's not a great value for something like that. I will probably move to a monkfruit extract or stevia for those purposes

great sugar substitute
I love this stuff. I have recently switched to a keto way of eating. It's working out for me except when I get a sweet craving. This allulose allows me to have a sweet treat but stay on my diet. I have tried other sugar substitutes but I cannot get past the bitter aftertaste of most of them. Allulose does not have that. Tastes just like sugar except its slightly less sweet so you do have to use more in a recipe. I love that this product comes in a larger size than most sugar substitutes I could find in my local grocery stores. I will be ordering again.

Delicious and perfect for baking as 1:1
Delicious and perfect for baking as 1:1. I have used this in cheesecakes, fruit sauces and general baking with compliments from discerning pallets who normally detect alternative sweeteners. As a plus allulose is widely studied to reduce insulin production.

Good quality, no aftertaste, but was expiring in four months' time!
This sweetener is very good and doesn't have any aftertaste, unlike most Stevia-based sweeteners (except Reb-M extract, which also lacks an aftertaste). However, it's not as sweet as stevia per packet; the amount needed to sweeten a drink is nearly the same as regular sugar.I gave it four stars only because the product's expiry date was 08/25/2025, which is just about four months after the purchase date. I won’t be able to use up 3 lb of it in that time, so I hope the taste and color stay consistent beyond the expiration date. I could have returned it, but I really wanted to test and compare it with another Stevia Reb-M sweetener I just purchased, one without erythritol. Honestly, I enjoyed that one the most.

Lastest form of sweetener at a great price. Considered good sugar subsitute by some scientists.
I was looking for this Allulose sweetner as recently many nutritional experts seem to present positive research data. You can check it for yourself. It's all over the internet. It is not as sweet as regular sugar but maybe just about 20% less.Known to be a natural substance so I feel safer. I've been trying to avoid table sugar (Sucrose) as much as possible as more scientist and doctors are saying the fructose part of table sugar is detrimental to our health. My doctor advise me to say away from table sugar as much as possible.I mix this Allulose with almost all my cooking though I have not used it for baking yet.Price is still on the high side but as more people get interested in this safer alternative, I hope it becomes more affordable.

Nice Sweetener
As a diabetic I now search for this item in sugarless products. It is a natural sweetener. I use it sparingly. I have found it in yogurt. (Yeah, a sweet desert that is almost like icecream that I can eat!!) I will put a little monk fruit sweetener in mayo to sweeten it when using mayo as a binder with green salads. I have not baked with it and I do NOT intend to. I have added it to some juice concentrates that are sugarless and bitter. It sweetens. Please avoid the product added to monk fruit that cuases blood clots. This is with that ingredient.

A great subsitute for sugar
This was a trial for me. It turned out to be a good subsitute. No weird aftertaste. It is a bit sweeter than sugar so I use a little less. It does not change the taste of tea or foods. I'm glad I bought it and I'll be re-ordering when it's all gone.

Consumer Beware
I've taken health seriously for a long time. I regularly workout, been on a plant-based diet for nearly two decades, drink copious amounts of water and do deep dives on anything health related. I also have no stomach or gastro issues. No Rx; very healthy. Taking this, was like a kick to the gut. Literally.Besides drinking a lot of water generally, before eating two meals a day, I drink a 6-oz glass of warm water with 1 T of apple cider vinegar with a touch of honey. When I came across Allulose, reading that it is generally safe, I thought, why not use it in place of honey - since it doesn't elevate blood sugar?I used just 1/8 t of Allulose in my drink instead of honey. Tasted fine, mixed easily. But, later that night, after two rounds of this very small amount of Allulose, I first felt rumblings in my stomach, which is uncommon. Then I noticed the waistband of my shorts was getting exceptionally and curiously tight. The next symptoms were stomach pain that proceeded to full on pain, so severe, I could barely make it to my bed, at which point I tossed and turned in sharp pain for four hours. The kind of pain that goes beyond 'I ate something that upset my stomach.' And yet, I racked my brain for what could have caused such pain.I had slight diarrhea but that, and nothing else relieved the pain. Not a stomach massage, not fresh ginger (which, years ago, stopped imminent vomiting), and not a warm bath. It was the worst pain I'd ever experienced. No way did I suspect the Allulose since the amount I consumed was so small. The only thing I could put my finger on was the raw, uncooked Edamame pasta--something I'd never tried before. The next day, I felt like a horse had kicked me in the gut. I was tender and had zero appetite. I continued with slight diarrhea and fatigue throughout the rest of the day.The following day - two days after the first dose - I felt recovered. All except my colon. Since I still did not suspect the Allulose, I tried another dose of 1/8 t in warm water. Only this time, it only took one serving to prompt a repeat of the first time. Now I knew it had nothing to do with food.I take no Rx and generally avoid going to the doctor, but it was so bad the second time, I contemplated a run to the ER. The pain was particularly pronounced on my right side so I thought perhaps I was having an appendicitis, until I read that if the pain eventually resolves, it's unlikely that. As before, the next day I felt tender, and not 100%. No appetite and my colon was not back to normal. It's been well over a week and it's still not back to normal. To say the obvious, proceed with caution. In researching this further, most results suggested while it is 'generally safe', it can result in gastro upset. But, no mention of severe symptoms and, at such low doses. Interestingly, I read that it acts on GLP-1 receptor sites, just like Ozempic, etc. - which, at least comes with a warning about gastro upset potential. It took a microscopic amount, and in a healthy individual with no history of stomach/gastro problems to result in the worst pain I've ever had. I cannot imagine worse symptoms had I consumed more, or, God forbid, what might happen to an unsuspecting person who does have gastro issues. All to point out the obvious, which is to say, this should never have been approved as a food. I have since submitted this information to the FDA, who hopefully will investigate further. I've also sent a letter to the manufacturer of this product.Curiously (and gratefully), Amazon was swift to issue a refund on a non-refundable item--something they are cracking down on. Made me wonder if this wasn't the first request for an Allulose refund. In the meantime, and at a minimum, Alluose should contain a highly visible warning both on packaging, and in ads. I would not wish what I went through on anyone.
