LOVELY, I put them in all my sauces very tasty, soups as well - just easier than cutting up mushrooms sometimes, also good with the dried reconstituted cooks ingriedients porcinni or others mushrooms added to it, very quick recipe. Quicker after work as well, plus for making one person meals, like I do. So difficult to find in shops , I just don't know why. I have to give five starts for all those reasons.
