Is it user error or product?
Well, I had long hair…. Until the day I used this guy. So now my hair is extremely thin and shorter than it’s ever been. So, now that I look like a young boy yall can call me Peter Pan. FML. But other than that I mean the color is great!

Pretty but mild
(Very last pic is the before pic)I used 2 t86 icy white tubes and 1 t68 lavender tube with 20 volume developer. I'm a natural blonde but bleached my hair to level 10 I wanted an icy white. Don't get me wrong its a beautiful color but I had to buy it twice as the first time the mixture oxidized extremely fast so it was a total waste that timeso I bought it again and had afriend help me so it was quick..the pics are the result. It didn't really take to my roots which is fine cuz I love the two tone..but the color isn't much diff than what I had.. I will be buying more and keep trying for the desired color. This stuff is WORTH THE TRY AND BUY!!

if your hair comes down past your shoulders 8+".....
Like mine does, then this might work for you. My problem is the regular wella T18 bottles never have enough product to tone my whole head. I was able to do my entire head with half a tube of this stuff.

Not what I was wanting
Really bummer this was supposed to be a purple grey color and now my hair is a grey blue which is completely different then what I wanted and now I’m going to have to wash my hair a ton to try to pull this out and I have my hair dyed black and it mixed with the developer made my black start to lift totally not happy because now I will have to try to pull my blonde from my black and re dye my black 😡
