Described as open box. Item arrived in original box, & the box had been opened. Item was in pristine condition, all the protection film had been removed, but the phone had never even been switched on... Fantastic phone for the price, as you would expect from a galaxy s series...

All you can possibly ask for a phone. Great battery life, beautiful screen, very impressive cameras, incredibly responsive and a joy to use. I love the S pen, although I'm struggling to find a practical use for it, but it's a nice touch. Build quality is fantastic, it's not the lightest phone out there but it's a nice solid phone in your hands. One month in, I can't fault it.
