I need another but I'm still steaming a little bitArrived with damaged threads and cracked thread bosses in the exterior handle not noticed until mounting, so I am screwed. The lock flatbar that goes into the latch bent Wayyy to easy. But it fit so you get a star. looking and it did fit and appears to be used for various applications. The box seemed unopened but had a flawed exterior handle.After this review, the seller reached out and set things right. Above and beyond customer service. A new lock arrived and will be installed when I head back to Mom’s. The seller is actually concerned about their product.Update: I understand production flaws and I understand things happen. I understand I had to get that door locked for the night and I was irritated.However Amazon search function and the seller’s ability to list specifications, made obtaining the correct configuration for the perfect fit resulting in efficient shopping not found anywhere.But I assure you, if you're doing business with this seller, you are in good hands.

Replacing my old broken latch with this one was interesting to say the least. For starters, the old one was keyed - this one was not (we never used the key anyway). Fortunately the internal mechanism matched the old one exactly! That part was a three minute job. However, the handles and latch were a different story. Some matched, some didn't. I solved the problem by using a hybrid installation of old/new parts. Worked well. I also found the broken spring from the old latch that caused its failure in the first place. All in all, about 30 minutes.

The holes were slightly off, the latch didn’t work with my window but i got it to work with my old one but now after two months the lock automatically comes loose when you’ve locked it and pull the window open! Such a waste of time and money.

This went into the place of the old door handle and looks good only bad thing I can say is the bolt holes stripped super easy so it's misaligned now you can't tell but it is

It seemed to fit my sliding glass door but all the holes were slightly "off" (I had to widen the latch hole) and the screws are a bit soft and I stripped one so badly, I had to cut the handle off. Ended up using the old handle. Lock went in ok although those screws are really tiny. I'm not a construction expert, but a few tweaks and this could've gone a lot smoother...lol
